What’s your “why”?
I am very fortunate, even over-privileged, to be born into the circumstances I was. Many others, through no fault of their own, were not as lucky. I want to use my privilege and skills to even the playing field by helping to develop strategies and improve systems to be inclusive and work for all.
My top 5 Strengths: Learner, Woo, Positivity, Communication, Achiever
A movie that never gets old: “Sandlot,” “A League of Their Own” (can you tell I’m a softball player?) and “Goonies”
Go-to snack: Chocolate, always chocolate
Podcast that always gets me thinking: “Seeing White” (obvi), but I love pretty much anything from “Ted Radio Hour” and “Hidden Brain”
A quote that inspires your work: “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, Nothing is going to get better. It's not.” – from The Lorax by Dr. Seuss
