Blue Garnet is a Los Angeles-based social impact consulting firm. Since 2002, we have blended rigorous analytical insight with a passion for lasting social change, grounded in real-world sensibilities and a social justice lens.

We are women-founded and minority-owned, and have been a Certified B Corp since 2012. Our team of pragmatic idealists helps organizations solve complex social problems. We do so by taking a macro, systems view that taps strengths and builds capacity of organizations and leaders.
