Jessica is devoted to empowering social change organizations to make effective, sustainable, outcomes focused impact. As a Senior Associate, she integrates her 6+ years of for-profit consulting and on-the-ground non-profit experience together to empathize with clients in how to create structure out of ambiguity.

When implementing a strategy, Jessica takes a human centered design approach and is often asking “how can I help make your life easier?” She applies her analytical mindset to every problem and enjoys co-creating financially sustainable solutions with her clients.
Prior to Blue Garnet, Jessica managed the financial operations of a $25M portfolio in concurring project financials, responsibilities included revenue projections, financial reconciliations, and competitive analysis at Deloitte Consulting. What’s your “why”?
At the age of 7, I visited the impoverished village my grandparent’s immigrated from in China. Experiencing poor living conditions and limited infrastructure at a young age, I knew I was privileged growing up in San Diego. Since then, I’ve been on a journey to use the privilege I’ve been gifted with to uplift individuals and my surrounding community.
